How to Approach....not somewan ur opposite sex but an organization,ur workplace.Cant guarantee it works for the opposite sex,try at your own risk.
The Classical Approach – This approach is an ongoing method, it continually to find the better way to improve the effective and efficiency of the organization in order to increase the production.
The behavioral approach - It believe that the human resources is the key to determine the performance for an organization. This approach will more concentrate in improving their employee.
The management science approach – It more depend on logic and calculation or mathematical data in solving some problem. The management science approach believe they can predict the problem before it happen depend to the calculation.
The contingency approach – It has several method to solve one problem depend to the various situation. For the same problem but different situation, it will take different action. This approach will be more flexible to face problem in any situation.
The system approach – It’s based on the principle and theory. The management on this approach need to fully understand every part of the organization in order to know how the process of system going.
Learning organization approach – This approach is acquire knowledge, analyze, transfer, and create it to a new approach to make an improvement. The source of the knowledge is coming from experience, history, and competitor.
